How to get a Crew Or Find a Production company

   I am a 20 year old actor, struggling like others to make it. I have an idea which i know will go far.
Am wondering does anyone know how I can go about finding or setting up a Crew. Or How can I go finding a production team. 

Is there any students who are willing to work with me on this project for free as everyone would benefit at the end.

The project is basically an African man who has just arrived in Ireland, interviewing from public figure people to farmers in a comedic way a little close like the show Ali G. This hasn't been done before, this is why I think has good potential to make it on TV.

Crew I AM LOOKING FOR WOULD BE:

Camera Man
Sound Man
Producer - Make phone calls
