Crooked Mice Children’s Drama Workshops
Crooked Mice is one of Kildare’s oldest children’s drama workshops. Formed in 1995, Crooked Mice is a holistic educational workshop using drama to develop social and personal skills in children. In addition, we introduce children to a range of drama skills and techniques such as improvisation, story-telling, dance and movement, singing, voice, puppetry, mime, ensemble work and performance skills. In Crooked Mice the focus is always on the process rather than the product and children are encouraged to assist with directing and making decisions about their learning from the outset. The young company stages a small in-house performance at Christmas and also in the summer and are often invited to castings and auditions for professional productions.
• Developmental Drama Workshop
